NOTE: Another method is to freeze 1 cup of fat-free milk in ½ cup containers. Instead of 4 to 6 ice cubes, use only 2 to 3.

HOT COFFEE SHAKE—LICUADO DE CAFE CALIENTE

1 cup strong hot coffee

¼ cup powdered fat-free milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (or other flavor)

2 packets sugar substitute

2 scoops frozen fat-free, sugar-free vanilla yogurt

1. In the blender, process coffee, milk, vanilla, and sugar substitute.

2. Pour into a glass.

3. Top with yogurt.

Serves 2.
